These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using Hint Rush at https://www.hintrush.live. By visiting the site or playing the game, you agree to use it responsibly.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing Hint Rush, creating a room, joining a room, submitting guesses, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are written for a casual browser game, but they still matter because real people share rooms and interact through gameplay text.
We may update these terms as the game changes. The updated date on this page shows when the current version was posted.
Using the website
Hint Rush is a casual entertainment game. Players use nicknames and room codes to play Solo Rush or Friends Rush levels. The current version does not require account registration, does not include paid purchases, and does not provide real-money prizes.
You are responsible for the nickname, guesses, room names, and other content you submit. Keep play friendly, lawful, and appropriate for a casual word game. Do not use Hint Rush in a way that disrupts rooms, damages the site, overloads systems, or interferes with other players.
No betting or gambling
Hint Rush is not a gambling service. The game is for entertainment only and does not offer real-money betting, wagering, casino-style play, cash prizes, or paid gambling features. Scores and results are part of the game experience and have no monetary value from Hint Rush.
Do not use Hint Rush rooms to organize illegal betting, financial wagers, or other activity that changes the nature of the game from casual entertainment.
Fair play and community behavior
Play fairly and respect other players. Do not harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, spam, or target people based on protected characteristics. Do not submit hate speech, sexually explicit content, graphic content, personal information about others, or content intended to intimidate or shame another player.
Do not use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or unofficial tools to manipulate rooms, guess unfairly, flood messages, harvest data, or interfere with gameplay unless Hint Rush has officially provided that functionality.
User-generated hints and guesses
Hints, guesses, nicknames, and room names may be user-generated. We do not pre-approve every item before it appears in a room. You grant Hint Rush permission to process, display, store temporarily, moderate, and remove this content as needed to operate the game, enforce these terms, improve safety, or troubleshoot issues.
We may remove rooms, content, or access when we believe it is necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal reasons, or protection of the service. We may also adjust word lists and gameplay systems over time.
Availability and changes
We try to keep Hint Rush available and enjoyable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The website may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, network problems, high traffic, bugs, security events, or changes to the game.
Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed. Room settings, word categories, scoring, countdowns, and sharing features may evolve as we improve the game.
Intellectual property
The Hint Rush name, website design, game logic, text, graphics, code, and other site materials are owned by Hint Rush or used with permission, except for content submitted by users or third-party services. You may use the website for normal personal gameplay, but you may not copy, resell, clone, or misuse the site materials in a way that violates applicable law or these terms.

Limitation of liability and contact
Hint Rush is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the website, inability to access a room, user-generated content, or third-party services.
