Support

If something is not working as expected, please send a short description of the issue and what you were trying to do. Helpful details include your device type, browser, whether you were in a public or private room, and any error message you saw. You do not need to send private information or passwords because Hint Rush does not currently require an account login.

For room issues, it can help to mention the general time of the problem and whether other players in the same room saw the same behavior. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in support messages.

Bug reports

Bug reports help us improve the game for everyone. Examples include a room not starting, a guess not appearing, a button not responding, layout problems on a specific phone, or a word/hint flow that feels confusing. Screenshots are useful when the issue is visual, but a clear written explanation is also welcome.

Because Hint Rush is a real-time multiplayer game, some issues may depend on connection quality, browser settings, or a player leaving during a round. We review reports with that context in mind and prioritize fixes that protect the main game flow.

Feedback

We welcome suggestions about word categories, room options, scoring, mobile usability, sharing, and ways to make rounds more fun. Feedback is most useful when it explains the situation: for example, "our room had six players and the countdown felt too short" is easier to act on than a general request for changes.

We cannot promise that every suggestion will be added, but we do read feedback and use it to guide practical improvements.

Safety and reporting

Hint Rush is intended for casual, friendly play. If you see harassment, hateful language, spam, abusive behavior, or content that should not appear in a casual word game, contact us at support@hintrush.live with as much context as you can safely provide.

Players create nicknames and submit hints or guesses during gameplay, so some room content comes from users. Reports help us understand what safeguards and moderation improvements are needed.

Business and general inquiries

For general questions, partnerships, site feedback, or other non-support messages, email support@hintrush.live and include a clear subject line. We prefer straightforward messages that explain who is contacting us and what the request is about.

What to include in your message

A useful message does not need to be long. Please include the page or game screen involved, the browser you used, and the steps that led to the issue or suggestion. If your message is about safety or a room problem, include the room code only if you are comfortable doing so and if it helps explain what happened.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, government IDs, or other sensitive information. Hint Rush does not currently require account login or purchases, so we should not need that type of information to review ordinary support requests.

About the contact form

The form on this page is intentionally simple. It opens your email app with the message addressed to support@hintrush.live instead of sending data to a hidden backend. This avoids a broken form submission and lets you review the message in your own email client before sending it.

If the button does not open your email app, copy the support address and send your message manually. Either way, the same support inbox is the right place for bug reports, feedback, safety concerns, and general questions about Hint Rush.
